Running a business is hard work. At times, it’s hard to know where the pain points are when you’re working day to day to keep the business going. The best thing sometimes is a bit of an objective third-party perspective.
Whether your business is looking to offer more clinically-informed HR practices/policies, you’re looking to see where you can trim excess spending to help become more liquid, or you need presentations for employee resource groups to help inform your employees of existing services and programs the company already provides.

Why me?
First and foremost, I’m an entrepreneur at heart and love helping people realize their own business dreams as well. I received my MBA from Iona College in the early 2000s and more recently my Clinical Master’s degree from Northwestern University. I’ve worked in the nonprofit sector, the private sector, publicly-traded companies, and more recently the state government at the Maryland Department of Health.
I’ve served as entrepreneur-in-residence at various startup incubators, including at the University of Baltimore, where I also taught courses in Entrepreneurship and Digital Marketing. Along with currently serving as Adjunct Professor at Towson University teaching Abnormal Psychology, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Cross-Cultural Psychology, and Human Development.
I also hosted and ran a podcast for a year, The Angry Millennial Show, where I spoke with entrepreneurs and creatives from various industries on business, motivation, and mental health.
