I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist who works with adults navigating significant life changes, career and vocational trajectories, and issues surrounding sex and sexuality. In addition to my clinical practice, I provide consultation and coaching to organizations and individuals across corporate, civic, creative, and governmental sectors. My individual coaching clients have included Emmy, Grammy, and Tony Award winners; Olympians; Fortune 500 executives; researchers and academicians; fashion and technology leaders; and internationally recognized artists and musicians.
I draw from over twenty-five years of experience in leadership and advisory roles spanning technology, finance, healthcare, entertainment, arts, politics, and education. Before founding my own practice, I held positions across seed-stage startups and Fortune 100 companies, and served as a contributing writer to various publications, including HuffPost and The Advocate.
As a Queer clinician, coach, and consultant, I integrate research-based approaches with artful, systems-level thinking. I have presented on topics including toxicity and trauma in the office, the myths and realities of work-life balance, and the use of AI for mental wellness. My speaking engagements and lectures have included leading universities such as Johns Hopkins, UNC, and Emory, as well as professional organizations including ACA and AMA.
I approach my work with a deep respect for human complexity and resilience. Whether in therapy, consulting, or coaching, I help clients recognize the intersections between their inner narratives, their outer demographics, their many environments, and their evolving senses of agency and identity.Education & Background
