Couples’ Communication Workshop

Enhancing Couple’s Communication: Understanding Personality, Learning Styles, & Love Languages

This 4-hour Couple’s Communication Workshop is designed to help partners deepen their understanding of each other and strengthen their communication skills through the lens of three powerful frameworks: the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI), Learning Styles, and the 5 Love Languages. Participants will explore how personality types influence the way they express themselves and interpret others, identify their unique learning preferences and how these affect communication, and discover their primary love languages to better give and receive emotional support. Through interactive discussions, practical exercises, and personalized communication planning, couples will gain actionable insights and tools to improve mutual understanding, reduce conflict, and build stronger, more empathetic connections.
