THERAPY, COACHING

My passion for mental health and supporting others has guided me into the counseling field. I am a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Northwestern University and currently an intern at Grey Matter Counseling & Consulting. I work with adults and am committed to helping diverse individuals achieve their mental health, educational, and career goals.

Before beginning my career in counseling, I worked in corporate marketing and communications for seven years. I understand the challenges of balancing work and life responsibilities and bring this perspective into my work with clients. Having also experienced counseling myself, I value the courage it takes to seek support and the impact of compassionate, effective care.

After graduation, I plan to become a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland and specialize in working with adults and adolescents. My master’s program is accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP), and I am a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), which ensures I am well-prepared for clinical work and committed to professional counseling standards.

My approach to therapy centers on creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we will navigate challenges with empathy and understanding, helping you reconnect with yourself, others, and the world around you.

If you’re interested in working together, I welcome you to schedule a time for a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
